General Terms

Gift vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and any remaining balance will not be refunded in cash but can be used for future visits.

Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of issue, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Expired vouchers will not be accepted or extended.

Redemption

Vouchers must be presented at the time of dining. They can be used for food and beverage purchases during any of our opening hours, subject to reservation availability. We highly recommend booking in advance and mentioning your gift voucher at the time of booking.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned once purchased. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If a voucher is purchased in error, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.

Reservations

Holding a gift voucher does not guarantee a reservation. All bookings are subject to availability. Normal booking and cancellation policies apply to reservations made using a gift voucher.
