Cancellation Policy

General Policy

When making a reservation at Restaurant Bay, we require a credit card on file to secure your booking. By providing your details, you agree to our cancellation policies outlined below. We understand that plans can change, and we ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to amend or cancel your reservation.

Brunch Bookings

We aim to keep our daytime service relaxed and flexible. There is no penalty or cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows during our brunch service.

Evening Bookings

For our dinner service, a strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your booked time, or fail to show up, a cancellation fee of $40 per person will be charged to the card on file.

Late Arrivals

We hold tables for a grace period of 15 minutes past your reserved time. If you anticipate being late, please call us to let us know. After 15 minutes without notice, your table may be released to other guests, and standard no-show fees may apply for evening bookings.

Changes to Party Size

Any reductions in your party size should be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance. For evening bookings, significant reductions in party size within the 24-hour window may incur the $40 per person fee for the absent guests.
